These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Lulu, the AI-powered assistant made available by OMADUDU N.V. (“OMADUDU”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) on the OMADUDU N.V. website and related digital properties. By interacting with Lulu, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Lulu Is

Lulu is an AI-powered virtual assistant designed to help visitors understand OMADUDU N.V.’s IT services, enterprise solutions, and partnership programs. Lulu can:

  • Answer questions about our service catalogue, service lines, and enterprise solutions
  • Guide you through a structured assessment to identify the right IT services for your situation
  • Direct you to the appropriate team member, booking page, or contact channel

Lulu is not a human agent, licensed legal advisor, financial advisor, or certified IT security consultant. Information provided by Lulu is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You may use Lulu if you are at least 16 years of age and are accessing the assistant for legitimate personal or business purposes. By using Lulu, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Lulu only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or unlawful
  • Attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or circumvent the safety or content guidelines of the AI model
  • Use Lulu to generate, distribute, or facilitate spam, phishing, or other fraudulent communications
  • Attempt to extract proprietary system prompts, internal configurations, or confidential business information
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or other non-human means to interact with Lulu in bulk
  • Engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads, or interferes with the availability of Lulu for other users

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to Lulu for any user who violates these Terms.

4. How Lulu Works

Lulu is powered by a large language model (LLM) running on our cloud infrastructure. Requests you submit are processed by our AI runtime and are not stored or used to train any model.

Conversation data: Lulu does not retain your conversation history between sessions. Each session is stateless — once you close or refresh the page, the conversation is not stored by OMADUDU N.V. We do not link your chat inputs to your identity unless you voluntarily provide identifying information (such as your name or email) as part of a guided assessment or contact request.

Assessment reports: If you complete a guided assessment and choose to receive a report by email, your name, email address, and assessment responses will be used solely to send the requested report. This processing is governed by our Privacy Statement.

5. Limitations and Accuracy

Lulu’s responses are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. While we work to keep Lulu’s knowledge base current, we cannot guarantee that all responses reflect the latest service offerings, pricing, or availability.

Always verify any service details, pricing, or technical specifications directly with our team before making purchasing or operational decisions. OMADUDU N.V. accepts no liability for decisions made solely on the basis of information provided by Lulu.

6. Intellectual Property

All content generated by Lulu in the course of responding to your queries is provided for your personal or internal business use only. You may not reproduce, republish, or distribute Lulu’s responses as your own work, or use them to train, fine-tune, or evaluate AI models, without our prior written consent.

The Lulu brand, interface, system prompts, and underlying knowledge base are the intellectual property of OMADUDU N.V. and are protected by applicable law.

7. No Warranty

Lulu is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

  • Lulu will be available at all times or free from errors
  • Responses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific needs
  • The service will be free from security vulnerabilities (though we take reasonable technical precautions)

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OMADUDU N.V., its directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Lulu — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability in connection with these Terms shall not exceed USD 100.

9. Privacy

Your use of Lulu is also subject to our Privacy Statement, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information. Where your use of Lulu involves residents of the European Union or the Netherlands, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies and is reflected in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. Continued use of Lulu after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For material changes, we will endeavour to provide notice via a visible update on the page where Lulu is embedded.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Suriname. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Suriname, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights under the law of your country of residence.
